      Good pay and working conditions. Benefits are better than most.

      Cons

      No advancement for operators and/or technicians. You must have Chemistry or Engineering degree. Benefits are being cut each year and more to come.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
