      Pros

      The company is trying to modernize and re-invent its image after spinning off from DuPont. The leadership has done a good job of defining a mission and setting the culture and course of the company in that direction

      Cons

      There are some holes in the system and structure that I'm surprised exist with a company that's this large

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
