      Pros

      Competitive pay / benefits. Company is on a strong path as a coatings industry leader with new owners vs. being part of DuPont. DuPont is also a great company / employer, but coatings was not part of their strategy and the business suffered there. New owners and leadership are setting a good direction for strong global growth and leadership.

      Cons

      It was not a good fit for me personally... limited opportunities for career growth.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
