      Only short term view. People are only numbers. Contuous cost reduction over cost reduction program. Compromising compliance and safety by cost. Very low motivation in personnel.

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
