      Short term focus on profits Senior leadership moving from California to Taiwan Company culture changing from warm, friendly, small company atmosphere to colder, large company culture. People less important that they used to be. Benefits package much weaker under DuPont

      Fast Paced environment highly engaging, experienced team and management.

      Cons

      High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
