Pros

The people at Axiad IDS are amazing. Everyone is engaged, hard working, collaborative and knowledgeable. While IT in the Silicon Valley can be very fast paced, edging on the cut-throat, the management team is building a company for the long term, with no jerky decisions or inconsistencies, and with true investment in the employees. In addition, if you like IT, right now it does not get much better than to work in cyber-security.

Cons

Lots of work, no place to hide (that is one of those cons that is actually a pro if you are motivated and want to surround yourself with good people...) and you need to be creative as no-one solve your problems for you.

New leadership has brought about change, disrupting comfort zones and challenging familiar routines. But, the truth is, Axiad needed a fresh perspective. The impact is bringing positive growth and exciting new opportunities. Additionally, the company has competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

You have to be willing to wear multiple hats. It's a start-up type environment, so it's not for someone who isn't a team player.

New San Jose location is nice

Cons

Nothing innovative going on. Hard to sell the products due to being behind. Team is particular difficult to work with and new management doesn't know what they're doing.
