The culture is phenomenal, I have never experienced such a positive work environment. It is sometimes hard to believe it is real. The company is always investing in their employees and truly care.

Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company.
There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales.
Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.
Cons
Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales.
Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
