      Great culture, great people, welcoming community, good benefits. I loved working here and it was great for starting out, tenure is only about 3 years

      Cons

      Growth opportunity is not there in marketing, pay is extremely under the norm. the unspoken benefits of kickoff and free food won't apply too much longer since many companies are doing that

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
