      This is the best company I have been worked for and I can say it out loud for sure after working for Axis for 10 years. Axis offers great benefits, lots of growing opportunities and as a company we are growing year after year!

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
