      Pros

      1. Culture - the axis culture is like no other, it truly is a fun place to work and everyone in the company it so nice. 2. Benefits- the benefits the company offers are by far the best ones I have ever been offered at any of my jobs. 3. Team - Each team is very diverse and everyone loves to have fun. You will never hate going to work. 4. Opportunities - the amount of positions that open all the time is insane, promotions are very attainable here and manager coach and mentor their employees to move up in the industry.

      Can I say I don't have any cons? Because truthfully I don't!

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
