      A highly competent staff Dynamic work environment Creativity is rewarded Ethical business practices placed before profit Management truly trusts employees decision making Employee engagement is weighed over short term metrics Collaboration is the internal language

      Cons

      Pay is sacrificed to work in this unique environment. Although you could absolutely argue that this would be overcome for the long term development and exposure this company provides.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
