      Excellent culture. Great colleagues. Pleasant and informal atmosphere. Fantastic routines such as morning fika and friday afternoon fika. Low stress work environment.

      Cons

      Technical debt. Salary lags behind the wider market (seems to be improving though). Bureaucracy increases as the company grows.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
