Pros

They have great products and good technology, the company invest a large amount in R&D allowing them to bring innovation to the market

Cons

The company culture has erode over the last 4 years, examples of it are: -forcing people to get the COVID vaccine or get fired, -started cutting expenses in benefits and the latest healthcare insurance program is awful. -not doing enough to protect the partner’s margin and profits -remote employee doesn’t get the same perks as in office employees, -very bad control of the supply chain, creating bigger issues and product delays that have affected sales dramatically, creating great stress and pressure in the sales organization

Thank you for your critical review. While we are thrilled with the many positive reviews we receive, we also believe critical reviews are equally as important in order to learn. It’s an exciting time for Axis on many fronts. As we grow, we will continue to focus on the core values and culture that have distinguished us in the security market and empower those managers and employees best equipped to make decisions that affect our growth. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

Cons

Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
