Work with incredible people across business units daily all focused on the same goals. An established company with the ability to take risks and make a real impact on society.

      Stressful at times, but it comes with fast paced culture.

      Pros

      The company has a great mission to protect life. The value of win right is something I think is often lacking in other companies and I have seen how it works well here with external wins.

      Cons

      As a salary employee I have worked more weekends and holidays than days I have taken off in the time I have been here with hardly a thanks. It’s an expectation that my salary does not cover. I tend to feel like a cog in a wheel rather than a valued individual.
