      Remote work, good benefits, talented teams, good mission

      Cons

      Exec team makes major shifts in strategy often. Built out the marketing team over the course of a year then abruptly changed minds and did lay offs. Not performance based layoffs, just "restructuring" and moved swiftly.

With this level of growth comes lots of change, and at times, rapid change.       Pros

      The company has a great mission to protect life. The value of win right is something I think is often lacking in other companies and I have seen how it works well here with external wins.

      Cons

      As a salary employee I have worked more weekends and holidays than days I have taken off in the time I have been here with hardly a thanks. It’s an expectation that my salary does not cover. I tend to feel like a cog in a wheel rather than a valued individual.
