The company has a great mission to protect life.
The value of win right is something I think is often lacking in other companies and I have seen how it works well here with external wins.
Cons
As a salary employee I have worked more weekends and holidays than days I have taken off in the time I have been here with hardly a thanks. It’s an expectation that my salary does not cover.
I tend to feel like a cog in a wheel rather than a valued individual.
