None. Really: none. Can you find something to complain about? Sure. You can do that anywhere. Some people here even complain that unlimited PTO makes them feel guilty and could they please change it to the standard earn-it model, can you believe that? Will you be driven to meet deadlines and play nice? Yes. Will you need to work with people different than you? Yes. Will they force you to take a TASER shot? NO. If you can't enjoy working here, you can't enjoy working anywhere :-).
