Pros
Incredible leadership with a strong mission. They truly have carved out a space in the world that is needed across our public sector. The mission is wonderful and they really mean it. When I say "they" it includes the the leadership and employees that are here at the company. They are small enough to be agile and it gives employees lots of space for growth as the company continues to make a positive impact. Across all the tech companies I have been at this is certainly the healthiest. They have clearly made mistakes and learned from them. 8 months in and I don't plan to go anywhere as the company makes an impact the world, public safety, and saving lives.
Cons
In past they have been criticized for a bro culture, it is clear that this was heard and they have pushed hard to ensure this is no longer a reputation within the company. I personally haven't seen any of this, but always something that can take time to correct. Really impressed with the honesty across the company and responsibility given to each individual to help correct any cultural issues.
