Pros
The culture. Hands down. Everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive of one another. We all work hard, but also have lots of fun while doing it. The business is not ran like a giant bureaucracy. We don't have lots of strict rules we must follow like some of our large competitors. If something makes sense, we do it. We hire smart leaders who look at each issue/question individually, and make judgment calls based on the situation and not some rule that someone created years ago. It doesn't take days to get an approval on something because we keep the teams small to prevent bottlenecks. You won't find a company or CEO that cares more about its employees happiness. Our turnover is next to nothing. Seriously, no one ever leaves. If people move, they ask to work remotely. We offer free yoga and boot camp 3 days a week, we have a nutritionist on staff, offer free Spanish classes and host happy hours all the time. We also celebrate big when hitting large goals. We recently took the company to Palm Springs for a weekend get-away. I have been with the company for almost nine years. It is hands down because of the people and CEO.
Cons
We are growing extremely rapidly. Not that growing is a con, but if you don't like hard work, you won't fit in here. This isn't a come in and put in minimal effort type of place. The rewards are amazing, but only motivated individuals thrive here.
