I experienced no cons to speak of.

The bridge pay and a few decent and supportive senior team managers

Where do I even start.. the excessive micromanagement with heavy focus on metrics and activity rather than supporting the actual recruiters. The environment was extremely toxic and always high stress with constant pressure to perform and be like one specific recruiter who bullies recruiters and wins all awards every quarter/year. The lack of consistent accountability across teams was very sad and the disconnect between recruiting and account management made it so difficult to close deals. So many of us experienced the same individuals being showed favoritism and could not say anything because it was not a safe space, we were afraid to get written up or fired. It was constant and impacted team morale, with some individuals receiving more recognition and clear support than others who actually needed it.
