Pros
The company manages to be a cross between a regular commercial software-house and an applied research department. Interesting problems to solve, the opportunity to work with multiple technology stacks at the same time and a focus on best-practices make this a satisfying environment that will constantly enrich you.
Cons
I wasn't always keen on the blend of coffee available? Joking aside, I can't really think of any cons. I'm puzzled by the comment by a previous reviewer about the owners' behavior. Not only have I never witnessed that but the general feeling of the place as I remember it really makes it impossible to imagine.
