Terrible President - Anonymous employee Aztec Software (NJ) Employee Review

Very bad corporate culture at this company. Leadership from day one thinks the worst of their new employees and you have to prove them wrong. They are not trusting, have poor communication, highly critical and demotivating. They promise a lot to get you in but true colors are shown shortly thereafter. Currently I know of 6 openings that they are having a tough time filling. They probably wont fill these for a while because there not going to hit their sales target so there gonna try the profit angle.
