The company is fast-growing and becoming the trendsetter and premier actor in the arena, displaying a strong business foundation. While rapidly accelerating, the company has kept the entrepreneurial spirit that rewards strategic thinkers, fast movers, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. The leadership team- namely the CEO and COO (the owners), understands and supports work-life balance and the importance of family providing flexibility when needed. This fast-paced environment requires employees to display a strong work ethic and follow-through, which is rewarded with a solid culture and great pay. Trust is provided to employees, but there is a demand that it be appropriately cared for and guarded as the company's success and our families depend on the good faith effort of employees. I have always felt listened to and supported despite not always agreeing on topics. I support the balanced growth and operations of the company and continue to enjoy my home here. Aztec is a rapidly yet strategically expanding and evolving organization focused on providing the best service to our clients. With that growth comes the responsibility for everyone to lean into the discomfort of continued learning and adapt to new scenarios. Not everyone is skilled, built, or ready to continue growing toward greater excellence, but if you are, then Aztec IS the place for you. I can not think of unresolved cons that have not been addressed with the senior leadership team and have not been explored and addressed. The important thing to note about these critical conversations is that everyone has to play their role, trust the proven business approach and be solution-focused.
