Pros
Azuga is not just great but truly a special place to work. The culture and people are what seperate Azuga from many other sales organizations ! Leadership focused to keep positive and highly motivated sales momentum with on spot incentives on top of the quota. Infact, I've seen they address any concern that you may have and is taken seriously to resolve it, so it doesn't impact your performance. Well, I am going through an Amazing Sales training, which I believe is the backbone of sales success here. Significant effort is put in training, assessing and developing new hires like me to turn them into outstanding sales reps. Earned incentive in training itself and it's just the beginning, I hear ! I think it's the sales engagement and the work people do here makes Azuga a better place.
Cons
Transport facility can be improved with AC cabs/bus. As the travel time is very long, with the notorious Bangalore traffic. Need to either change cab vendor or just improve scheduling for smoother travel experience.
