Very good! - Team Lead Azuga Employee Review

Part of the Team started working from office when Covid is still very much active, not a good idea in my opinion. The reps should be given an opportunity to work longer from home unless it's really important for an individual to work from office for performance issues. However, for the rest of the team I hope the HR and the higher management are considerate and allow them to work from home. Bangalore is still not safe unfortunately.
