Pros

Some new leadership at the Irvine Site are trying to make changes. The FDA has their target on us, hopefully they will act soon to keep customers safer from leaking product with microbial ingress (Consent Decree Please). We aren't in Puerto Rico anymore so we can still make you IV bags unlike Baxter, thanks Baxter :D

Cons

VP level leadership still incapable of strategic planning. VP leadership only focused on getting product out the door, quality leader included. Recent backlog of discrepant/deviations reached over 10 million units. 4 out of our 7 products are more than 30 years old, they are made with archaic machines, un-validate grand father processes and design with 1970's or 1980's materials and technology. We have machines as old as AMC Gremlins.

Pros

Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

Cons

Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.

Pros

Not really much to say other then that if you like working 12 hours a day just for only 3 days in one week and then 4 days the next week, you're not really making enough to cover income.

Cons

Not guaranteed overtime. You could sign up for it and the odds of getting it is very limited. Not guaranteed to get hired on and they could end assignments anytime. You don't make that great of a pay and even if you do get hired on, your options are very limited when it comes to be certified in different areas and you don't have a choice to where you want to be, you end up being in a position that you don't like due to poor management.
