Pros

Some people are great. Pay is not bad for entry-level work. They don't do big group layoffs like other medical device companies.

Cons

When I left the company even my job recruiters made fun of B. Braun. I immediately made a higher salary at another company despite years of service at B. Braun (IF you get a raise it's literally cents). Here you are dispensable as they literally have a Manpower booth on site to keep the production lines staffed. You see the void in people's lives as they repeat the same test every week and seek refuge in gossip. Some have been there 30 years and can only perform 1 test on a machine and they are given supervisor level pay. You also see a lot of creepy male leads hovering around the young girls all the time openly. There is bullying and the leads join in instead of protecting honest people who want to just do their work. The workload is highly variable, some people take 4 breaks a day and sit around and gossip. Some people are way overworked, spend overtime everyday, and get treated poorly. You see some people follow around the management like a dog submissive to it's owner. Unfortunately these low types get rewarded for this type of behavior. Sad place, get your experience and make more elsewhere.

Pros

Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

Cons

Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.

Pros

Not really much to say other then that if you like working 12 hours a day just for only 3 days in one week and then 4 days the next week, you're not really making enough to cover income.

Cons

Not guaranteed overtime. You could sign up for it and the odds of getting it is very limited. Not guaranteed to get hired on and they could end assignments anytime. You don't make that great of a pay and even if you do get hired on, your options are very limited when it comes to be certified in different areas and you don't have a choice to where you want to be, you end up being in a position that you don't like due to poor management.
