Awful company - Sterilisation Technician B. Braun Employee Review

• Incompetent management with no experience of the job they’re managing • Bullying from managers and HR • Never thanked properly but the moment you make a mistake they make sure you never forget • All the good facilities are up north. Facilities in Birmingham are falling apart •You’re treated like a robot • For what you have to do the pay is abysmal • no career progression unless you get very chummy with management, especially ones of the opposite sex • Worst HR team. Rude, lack empathy, cause trouble between members of staff, reword everything you say • They sack members of staff who have been there 20 years+ because they dared take time off to have surgery they needed (the irony) and for caring for parents who were terminally ill and needed to be cared for • Low morale due to bad management has created a bad atmosphere
