Pros
You can properly get adequate training when joining as fresh graduate. A good place to start your career to gain experience and basic training.
Cons
The on job training is depend on yourself whether you want to keep seeking. If you dont ask, you will not be trained. Comparing same position from other company even from local, they pay lesser amount. The career progression are based on availability if someone retiring or resigning. Even if goals and KPI achieved, the salary increment is still not much (some below inflation rate). Micro managing managers didnt attended for causing high turnover in this sub-department.
