The company has great health care, good vacation and other benefits make this a great company. Management is always very approachable and they keep the employee's notified of the latest company news. Bart has a small company vibe and they care about their employees.

Federal contracting is a world occupied by a lot of "big boys," but that's not always a good thing... working with B&A felt "right-sized" to me. I never felt like I was lost in a sea of other employees, shuffled off to 800 numbers for any help that I needed, or ignored by management who was "too busy" to field my concerns.

Cons

You probably won't get paid like you would at one of the Big Four, but money isn't everything... if you like working with people, rather than for people, B&A is a good spot.
