Pros

The Company heads do interact with the employees and are friendly. They had a nice get together with all the possible new hires early on. There were a lot of discussions in the form of phone or in person meetings so you could get to know each other.

Cons

There was a lot of time where you were unsure of your position, and that needs to be considered more carefully. In the beginning there was a lot of time during the hiring process with little feedback as to my status. This is ultimately the failure, a lack of communication. Despite the occupational lunches there was just a lot you didn't know was happening. . As a result certain changes come as a surprise to the employees.

Thank you for your comments and we appreciate your feedback. B&A has recently initiated communication programs such as All-Hands Meetings with the President to eliminate communication issues.

Pros

Federal contracting is a world occupied by a lot of "big boys," but that's not always a good thing... working with B&A felt "right-sized" to me. I never felt like I was lost in a sea of other employees, shuffled off to 800 numbers for any help that I needed, or ignored by management who was "too busy" to field my concerns.

Cons

You probably won't get paid like you would at one of the Big Four, but money isn't everything... if you like working with people, rather than for people, B&A is a good spot.
