Business Outlook
Pros
Co-workers are friendly and close.
Cons
Management does not respect employees. They don't even acknowledge you when passing by in the halls. I was told Bart & Associates used to be a wonderful company, but new VP leadership has changed this entirely. I fear for Bart's future. Losing many contracts and employee's morale. No raises...nothing positive to say about Bart.
B&A Response

Thank you for your comments and we appreciate your feedback. B&A continuously seeks to improve the morale of our employees by making improvements based on feedback from our employees via company surveys, and was recently named as one of the 2018 Best Places to Work in Virginia.
Federal contracting is a world occupied by a lot of "big boys," but that's not always a good thing... working with B&A felt "right-sized" to me. I never felt like I was lost in a sea of other employees, shuffled off to 800 numbers for any help that I needed, or ignored by management who was "too busy" to field my concerns.
Cons
You probably won't get paid like you would at one of the Big Four, but money isn't everything... if you like working with people, rather than for people, B&A is a good spot.
