Business Outlook
Pros
Competitive salaries for billable people, work closely with owners at any level of company, fast responses from head office, opportunities to be creative and exercise innovative ideas
Cons
Lack of discipline in management, little guidance from direct supervisors, relies too heavily on guidance from clients, does not listen well to complaints from lower employees.

Thank you for your comments and we appreciate your feedback. Regarding management of the company, in June 2018, B&A announced a new CEO, and you can view this news on our company web page at this link: https://www.bna-inc.com/press/ .
Federal contracting is a world occupied by a lot of "big boys," but that's not always a good thing... working with B&A felt "right-sized" to me. I never felt like I was lost in a sea of other employees, shuffled off to 800 numbers for any help that I needed, or ignored by management who was "too busy" to field my concerns.
Cons
You probably won't get paid like you would at one of the Big Four, but money isn't everything... if you like working with people, rather than for people, B&A is a good spot.
