The work environment is disorganized and the team lacks communication leading to assignments falling through the cracks. On top of that training is very lack luster and leadership lacks patience for adapting to the new role. Don’t expect feedback to be helpful, it’s often passive aggressive and unspecific.
To make things worst they micromanage you and make it clear they don’t trust your capabilities but I blame that on the culture of perfectionism.
This was genuinely the worst jobI’ve ever had, because of the lack of character of the team. All the red flags at B2 made me hyper vigilant on what to avoid in future roles .
