Pros

Stable contract that brings a very open and welcoming work environment. Especially as a first contract coming straight out of the military. Management is helpful and willing to help when needed. HR experiences have always been pleasant. Work life balance is more than acceptable.

Cons

Pay isn’t as competitive as other contracting companies out there. Benefit packages are expensive for families. That’s really the only cons.
