Pros
The work in Boulder used to fall under Ball Aerospace. We have moved to a real Aerospace company instead of being an Aluminum can company which definitely sharpens the focus on satellites.
Cons
We used to be Ball Aerospace and there was better benefits. Ball was still a corporation that did not care about people, but BAE has made it worse.
