      Good benefits, great exposure to top financial services organisations, minimal travel required, hours are usually fine although occasional weekend work is needed to meet deadlines.

      Cons

      Unclear product strategy and translation of company vision to staff on the ground. Career progression for technical staff is poorly defined.
