Pros
Possible to maintain a good work-life balance. Decent salaries. A lot of very good customer facing colleagues. Meaningful work. Potential. New MD shows promise.
Cons
Very hard to see how this business can ever thrive under the BAE Systems culture which is an entirely wrong fit. More of a focus on numbers than people. In the difficult middle - too old and too big to be a cool tech start up, too small to make a real dent against the services and tech giants. General muddle - inability to sort anything properly out, like internal IT. Slow or no career development - the culture has in-built mechanisms such as rigid structures and annual reviews to keep people where they are and there is a lack of provision of L&D generally.
