Not in the real world - Anonymous employee BAE Systems Employee Review

Management is a complete mess. Very little experience, some senior design people have been there over 25 years and worked on 2 projects! Red tape within the company is ridiculous, people producing meaningless/unnecessary process and systems to just keep themselves in a job. Supply Chain need sacking in their entirety, staffed by a whole host of non-engineers who overule decisions/ requests by experienced engineers. Shockingly bad.
