Pros
Flexi-time (that’s it) Early leave on Fridays Christmas shutdown Coffees nice in the restaurant Loads of parking due to dwindling staff numbers
Cons
Lack of progression Poor pay compared to rest of the market Pushed out and cast to one side if not part of the various cliques Management not bothered about the high number of staff leaving as they believe people are begging to fill the vacancies Processes put in place for the sake of it. Just to keep someone in a job. Staff morale is poor due to poor pay etc If you do join make sure you get as high a salary as possible as you’ll get lower than inflation pay rises after joining even though we are told every quarter how well and how much money we are making
