Overwhelming amount of bureaucracy and policies. Too many employees do not generate money into the company. Too many managers and too many employees busy writing policies. Too much money needs to go towards administration and managing, BAE AI will never be competitive and will never make money. Attrition will continue to rise, morality and engagement continue in the other direction. There are so many cons - just stay away from this company.
