      Pros

      Compelling story to tell...too bad it’s fiction. Not a lot of positives here except the heritage

      Cons

      No focus, no strategic thinking, no competitive offering, very poor customer satisfaction, downsizing experienced and competent US support personnel in favor of cheaper, less experienced Asian personnel, total disconnect between UK and US businesses, future of company is at serious risk
