Pros

As a grad, I've found it to be a friendly and helpful work environment, people try to help shape your career path as to where you wish to go which is fantastic You tend to start with quite a few people in the same position as you so you don't feel lost or alone Flexible hours Lots of training and dev projects if you're put on the bench so you're not left with nothing to do

Cons

Sometimes getting requests sorted out can be a bit of a pain, especially if it's urgent as you don't want to just be sitting around
