Pros

An excellent place to learn new tech Good exposure Flexible Work Hours. Able to express ideas [moderately]

Cons

Favoritism. [Its bloody apparent. One of the reason my personal reason to quit] Human Resources needs more proper intervention on issues that is highlighted that them, because can really affect the moral of the employee when you know HR doesn't act the right big player they should. **Includes proper review on the Leads/Line Manager that is chosen by Management to facilitate them to handle the administrative jobs. They are blatant abuse of power and in layman terms , people who are not fit to be even supervisor in production line in factories. **Again favoritism and Bonapartism . Close eyes culture as long "the bollocks dont hit the fan" mentality with the upper management. **They have core values to the company Bold Trusted and Innovative. They dont have neither not even an ounce of it, [Upper Management] when it comes to pull the trigger or to have a better approach on things. They will wait for the words to worsen, before playing the blame russian roulette.
