Pros
The company overall is great to work for. Great benefits including vacation. Norfolk Shipyards was the absolute best place to work.
Cons
Shared Services location in Charlotte was not great. It was a call center environment, if you're into that kind of thing. In order to move departments, you basically need to know someone to let you in. Did not like the environment.
