Pros
If you work in electronics it might be interesting. It may be a good experience in general as a first job for 1 or 2 years maximum. Perfect very quiet workplace to go for a few years before retirement as the salary could be good. You can find good and honest people, but they are the exception.
Cons
Discrimination against non-English personnel and whoever does not fit with the particular culture, with Ethics, HR and Union protection which are basically non-existent. A not negligible amount of people are completely unreasonable and cannot hold a technical discussion. This includes Management and Senior Management. There is a constant theatrical act to show how much work there is, with vacancies constantly advertised year around. The reality is that many people sit at the desk doing personal activities, like watching a movie with a 43 inch HD TV, play tetris, read a book. The Union is aware of it and tries to oppose to new hiring but does not have any power. The only way to progress in career is to work there for 15-20 years waiting for people to retire. They promised me a very interesting job at the interview, but it is was the worst work experience (technically and socially) within my 8+ years long career.
