Pros
The people here are fantastic - really clever bunch that I've learned alot from and the majority will happily give you the time of day if you need some help. I've worked here for nearly 6 years and that hasn't changed. Flexible working, good work/life balance and opportunities to travel. The business is growing quickly which has given me many career opportunities. Incredible set of products and services offered, the end result of the work we do is very satisfying.
Cons
Senior management have a tendency to focus on numbers more than the people, though there have been signs of improvement in recent months.
