Growth at all Costs - Anonymous employee BAE Systems Employee Review

Constant push to expand at an unsustainable pace. Over committing and then rushing to meet commitments made prior. Extremely burdensome processes which make work extremely inefficient and draining (I understand the majority of this is due to the government being their main customer). Work-life balance is mentioned, but its very much endorsed to meet or exceed contractual obligations no matter what, at all costs.
