Pros
I joined Detica back in 2009 and have been promoted three times since then. This is a great company to work for and you will get out whatever you put in.
Cons
You can end up spending a fair amount of time working from a client site, which means you're not as connected to HQ as much as you would like to be. This means that you have to take time out to get to know senior management. The work-life balance is good and works really well.
