Honest review - Graduate Project Manager BAE Systems Employee Review

Despite joining a PM graduate scheme, you may not get an opportunity to actually work as a Project Manager. As they have a high intake, it means there are not enough role opportunities. If you join this scheme they may put you in a Business Analyst role or Consulting role as PM roles will not be available. As there is a high intake and not maybe Junior PM roles available, it means a lot of people on the scheme do not get the opportunity for this experience unfortunately. Very sad because it is actually a decent company with great opportunities from what I hear.
